Video playback is freezing, buffering or stopping

Your connection might not be fast enough to watch streaming videos, or your computer's processor may be too slow - both may lead to lag.

You can pause the video and wait for it to partially download before playing. 

If you're watching on a phone or tablet connected to a mobile network you may want to change your location or wait until you get a better signal.
