Why can't I hear anything when I play a video?

Check if the player's speaker icon located bottom right of the video player is not muted or turned down. Click on the icon to un-mute or turn the slider up to increase the volume.

In some browsers you can mute tabs. In Chrome for example you can right click on a tab and select mute/unmute tab. 

Also check your computer or devices volume is not muted or turned down.

If you are on a mobile device please check you have the latest version of your browser.
